What is a FibroScan®?

A FibroScan® is like an ultrasound “tap test” of the liver. It measures how stiff the liver tissue is. Higher stiffness can suggest more fibrosis (scarring).

No. It’s ultrasound-based and does not use x-rays.
6) How long does it take?
