Director/Clinical Lead Sonographer

Christopher Agu is a highly experienced Clinical Lead Sonographer with over 10 years of expertise in diagnostic ultrasound. Having held Clinical & leadership roles in major London NHS Trusts, he has worked extensively in both the NHS and private healthcare sectors, collaborating with leading consultant radiologists and other multidisciplinary practitioners to deliver precise and reliable diagnostic imaging. His passion for clinical excellence and patient-centered care drives UKSONO Healthcare’s commitment to high-quality ultrasound services. In addition to clinical practice, he is dedicated to training and mentoring, helping junior sonographers and Radiology Registrars develop advanced skills and uphold the highest standards in ultrasound imaging.

Christopher is Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Society of Radiographers (SoR) and the British Medical Ultrasound Society (BMUS). He is also affiliated with the British Institute of Radiology (BIR) and other leading radiology institutes.

Rachel Leon

Advanced Practitioner Sonographer

Rachel Leon is an advanced practitioner sonographer with 27 years of experience in diagnostic medical ultrasound. She has extensive expertise in gynaecology, gastrointestinal, abdominal, small parts, venous scans for deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and paediatric ultrasound. She previously served as the General Medical & Gynaecology Clinical Lead Sonographer at a London NHS Trust, where she played a key role in service development and training. Having worked at renowned hospitals and medical institutions in both the United Kingdom and the United States, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. With a compassionate approach and keen attention to detail, she is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
