Christopher Agu Uchechukwu is the Consultant and Clinical Lead Sonographer at UKSONO Healthcare, bringing over a decade of specialist experience in diagnostic ultrasound across both NHS and private sectors. His distinguished career includes senior clinical and leadership roles at Royal Free London NHS Trust, Barts Health NHS Trust, and East Kent Hospitals University NHS Trust.

His clinical portfolio spans a broad spectrum of high-complexity ultrasound applications, including musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound (shoulder, elbow, wrist/hand, hip, knee, ankle/foot with dynamic assessment), head & neck ultrasound (thyroid, salivary glands, and fine-needle aspiration biopsy), general abdominal & pelvic, small parts (testicular/scrotal and soft-tissue imaging), vascular (DVT, carotid duplex and CIMT) and obstetric/fetal medicine applications.

Christopher integrates high-resolution ultrasound, Doppler techniques, and real-time functional testing to deliver accurate diagnostic information that informs management and optimises patient outcomes. His professional focus is on precision imaging, patient-centred communication, and robust quality and safety governance.

As a collaborative practitioner, he works closely with consultant radiologists and multidisciplinary teams across NHS and private sectors, contributing to service improvement, audit, protocol development, and clinical governance. He leads on quality assurance, incident learning, and compliance with national standards, ensuring safe practice and timely escalation for urgent findings.

A committed educator, Christopher trains junior sonographers and radiology registrars, delivers case-based teaching and mentors colleagues on governance, documentation and patient experience. His practice is grounded in the HCPC Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and the SoR/BMUS Guidelines for Professional Ultrasound Practice, with continuous professional development through leading professional bodies.

Dr David Annan is a Consultant Radiologist at Barts Health NHS Trust with sub-specialist expertise in ENT/Head and Neck and Musculoskeletal Radiology. He graduated with Distinction from St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London School of Medicine and holds memberships with the Royal College of Physicians and Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists.

Dr Annan serves as the site lead for Head and Neck Radiology at Whipps Cross, where he employs a range of diagnostic and interventional techniques including ultrasound, CT, MRI, fine needle aspirations, core biopsies, and image-guided therapies. His clinical focus includes the assessment and treatment of thyroid, parathyroid, salivary gland, and soft tissue and joint conditions.

He is a core member of the Head and Neck Oncology, Endocrinology, and Pituitary Gland multidisciplinary teams, delivering weekly expert imaging reviews to support diagnosis and management of complex cases across the North East London region.

Dr Annan’s training at institutions such as Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Royal London Hospital has provided him with extensive experience in acute adult and paediatric radiology. In addition to his clinical roles, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Medical Education and is actively involved in registrar and medical student teaching, including the organisation of exam preparation sessions across London.

Ivy Okereke is the Director of Breast Screening and a Consultant Radiographer in Breast Imaging at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. Her career reflects a comprehensive engagement with clinical, leadership, and education within breast imaging and radiography.

As Director of Breast Screening, she oversees the coordination and management of breast screening and assessment services, ensuring alignment with NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) standards. She leads multidisciplinary teams, manages clinical governance, monitors program performance, and ensures effective resource utilization. Her responsibilities also include strategic planning and driving operational improvements.

As a Consultant Radiographer, Ivy performs advanced breast imaging procedures, including mammogram reporting, ultrasound imaging, stereotactic and ultrasound guided interventional procedures. She actively mentors radiographers, conducts research, and contributes to the education and development of imaging professionals.

Her past role as a Professional and Clinical Advisor (PCA) for Breast Radiography in the South of England included providing expertise in quality assurance, advising on incidents, participating in QA visits, and supporting national efforts to enhance breast screening services. She also served as Superintendent Mammographer, focusing on staff leadership, budget management, and strategic departmental planning.

Ivy is a Guest Lecturer at the Jarvis Educational Centre and a Committee Member and AI Champion for the Breast Imaging Special Interest Group (SIG). She is currently undertaking a PhD with the University of Salford and holds an MSc in Breast Imaging, alongside several postgraduate certifications in the field
