- Cysts: Benign cysts in the testis/epididymis.
- Tumours: Early detection of suspicious testicular masses.
- Varicocele: Dilated scrotal veins that may affect comfort/fertility.
- Hydrocele: Fluid collections around the testis.
- Inflammation/Infection: Epididymitis or orchitis changes.
- Quick scan — typically around 10 minutes (allow up to ~15).
- Ultrasound gel applied; the probe gently moves over the scrotum.
- Both testes scanned for comparison; key findings explained same day.
