What to Expect
Preparation
No specific preparation for the scan; ensure the neck is free (no necklaces) and wear loose clothing. For blood tests, stop biotin supplements for 72 hours. Hydrate with water ~1 hour before your appointment and avoid coffee/tea/energy drinks on the day.
During your visit
A Specialist sonographer performs the neck & thyroid ultrasound. If your package includes bloods, a sample is taken at our partner lab.
Results & follow‑up
Same‑day verbal and written ultrasound findings; your written report is emailed the same day. Blood test results usually within 24–72 hours. The Super Premium package includes a 15‑minute online GP consultation.
